Code of Conduct / Professional Standards
1. Purpose and Scope
The Remote Chastity Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behaviour expected from all users, including administrators, device owners, performers and remote controllers. Its purpose is to ensure that the Service remains a safe, respectful and consensual environment.
This Code applies to all interactions within the Service and any community spaces (forums, chat, events) associated with RemoteChastity. Because Remote Chastity is an adultÔÇæoriented community, only adults (18+) may participate, and performers may be required to verify their age and identity.
2. Core Principles
The Code of Conduct should reflect the organization's core values and principles.
Our guiding principles include:
Respect and Dignity
Treat all participants with courtesy. Harassment, discrimination and abusive language are not tolerated. This includes harassment on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, religion or any other protected characteristic.
Consent
The Service is intended for consensual participation by adults. All interactions must be fully consensual; nonÔÇæconsensual control, confinement or device use is prohibited.
Integrity and Honesty
Provide truthful information about yourself, avoid impersonation, and comply with agreements you make with other users.
Confidentiality
Respect the privacy of other users. Do not share personal data or private communications without consent.
Legal Compliance
Abide by all applicable laws and regulations. Do not use the Service to facilitate illegal activities or content.
3. Acceptable and Unacceptable Behavior
The following examples, but not limited to, illustrate acceptable and unacceptable conduct:
| Acceptable Conduct | Unacceptable Conduct |
|---|---|
| Treating fellow users with respect and acknowledging their boundaries. | Any form of harassment, hate speech, threats or intimidation. |
| Obtaining clear and explicit consent before initiating remote control of a device. | Initiating control without consent or continuing to control after consent has been revoked. |
| Participating in discussions without personal attacks and focusing on constructive feedback. | Posting explicit or abusive content, or sharing personal information about others without consent. |
| Reporting misuse or safety concerns to moderators or support. | Encouraging others to break the law or to use devices in unsafe ways. |
| Confirming that all participants are adults (18+) and have given informed consent. | Inviting or facilitating participation by minors or individuals who have not verified their age where required. |
| Using the Service responsibly, following manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines. | Tampering with or hacking devices, or encouraging selfÔÇæharm or endangerment. |
4. Reporting and Enforcement
Reporting
Users should promptly report violations of this Code of Conduct or any safety concerns, including suspected participation by minors. We provide confidential reporting channels via support@remotechastity.com or an inÔÇæapp reporting function. Reports will be taken seriously and handled confidentially.
Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, suspension or termination of accounts, depending on severity. Repeated or egregious violations may lead to permanent bans and notification of authorities where required. Enforcement will be consistent and impartial.
5. Updating the Code
We will review and update this Code regularly to reflect feedback, legal requirements and changes in our services. Users will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the updated Code.
6. Acknowledgement
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct and understand that violations may result in corrective actions. We encourage a culture of respect and accountability and appreciate your cooperation.
