Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Remote Chastity Service provided by RemoteChastity. By registering an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

Term	Definition
Service	The Remote Chastity platform and related services, including software, APIs, and websites provided by RemoteChastity.
User	Any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
Content	All information, text, images, audio, video, or other materials uploaded, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older.

Account information: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Confidential credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Service Description

Remote Chastity currently operates as a community platform where users can register interest, connect with likeÔÇæminded individuals and follow project updates. In the future the Service will allow consenting adults to remotely control and monitor connected devices via the planned Remote Chastity Box. Additional features such as forums, chat and marketplace tools may be introduced. We do not own or control the physical devices; when those devices become available you will be responsible for ensuring they are used safely, consensually, and in accordance with local laws.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities when using the Service:

• Violating any applicable law or regulation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing or defamatory behaviour toward others.
• Sharing nonÔÇæconsensual intimate imagery or content.
• Posting or transmitting content that is obscene, violent or promotes hate.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity.
• Attempting to access accounts or data without authorization, or otherwise tampering with, hacking or disrupting the Service.
• Spamming or engaging in commercial solicitations.
• Uploading content that infringes thirdÔÇæparty intellectual property rights.
• Using the Service to facilitate nonÔÇæconsensual or illegal confinement.

6. User Content and Rights

Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you upload or transmit through the Service.

License to us: By posting content, you grant RemoteChastity a nonÔÇæexclusive, royaltyÔÇæfree, worldwide license to use, store, reproduce and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your content and warrant that you have all rights necessary to share it. We do not endorse or assume liability for userÔÇægenerated content.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

At present the Service does not offer any paid features or subscriptions; registration is free. If we introduce paid features or a crowdfunding campaign in the future, you agree to pay applicable fees at that time. Payment terms (methods accepted, billing cycles, refunds, and late fees) will be disclosed at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices and payment terms; any changes will be communicated in advance.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or the Code of Conduct. We will notify you of the reason for termination where legally permissible and may refuse future use of the Service. You may cancel your account at any time by following the instructions in your profile settings; upon cancellation, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, trademarks, and logos, is owned by RemoteChastity or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectualÔÇæproperty laws. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent. You may not reverseÔÇæengineer or decompile our software.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, RemoteChastity disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and nonÔÇæinfringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or errorÔÇæfree.

To the extent permitted by law, RemoteChastity will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability in any matter arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. ThirdÔÇæParty Links

The Service may contain links to thirdÔÇæparty websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, products or services on those sites. Use them at your own risk.

12. Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes and update the "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands. You and RemoteChastity waive any right to a jury trial.
